WHAT IS LINGUISTIC DISCRIMINATION ? Language discrimination, according to the website workplace.org, is the unjust treatment of an individual purely because of their native language or other features of speech, such as accent, vocabulary size, and syntax. Language discrimination does not entail prejudice based on an individual's looks, but rather focuses on an individual's speaking style.
